First and foremost - We are not affiliated with Logitech. We always recommend that, before you do business with us, you exhaust all other options. We absolutely want your business, but we also want to save you money. You purchased an expensive, high-end addition for your home entertainment system. Even if you are no longer under warranty, you should always reach out to Logitech and see if they will assist. It may take persistence and a sympathetic ear, but customers have reported that, in some circumstances, Logitech has provided either a full replacement or steep discounting toward the purchase of a new remote. So, always check with them first.
We are family-owned and operated here in Mount Holly, NC (formally from Merrick, NY). We started supporting Harmony remote control units exclusively back in 2010 when my very own Harmony 880 stopped working. A quick web search and a subsequent call to Logitech revealed that there were no support or repair options available anywhere. In my view, this was unbelievable (and unacceptable). So, I put on my hacker hat and Harmony Remote Repair was born. Since that time, we've serviced over 3,000 Harmony controllers and we encourage you to read some of the reviews left by our customers. If you have any questions, or just need some advice, please contact us. We are always happy to help!
