First and foremost - We are not affiliated with Logitech, and we were very disappointed when they abandoned support for almost all legacy Harmony controllers. Still, if you own an older Harmony 650 (and variants), or the original Harmony One, you can still use and program these controllers using the newer MyHarmony Software, so don't throw them out!
We started supporting Harmony remote control units exclusively back in 2010 when my very own Harmony 880 stopped working. A quick web search and a subsequent call to Logitech revealed that there were no support or repair options available anywhere. In my view, this was unbelievable (and unacceptable). So, I put on my hacker hat and Harmony Remote Repair was born. Since that time, we've serviced over 6,000 Harmony controllers and now, in July, 2026, we are finally winding down the business.
