Harmony One Re-Activation Service
If your Harmony One has been disabled by Logitech, and fails the Connectivity Check due to warranty replacement, you can send it to us and we will re-flash the memory with a new, non-blacklisted serial number. We don't generate serial numbers (which would be illegal). Instead, we extract the unique serial number from another Harmony One which will never again be in service and we update your remote with it. This will allow your Harmony One to then be programmed again and, you can even still use your existing Logitech account! All will be as it was before the remote was blacklisted. This service is typically used by customers who were able to extract a swollen battery, but this was done after the issue was already reported to Logitech. Remember, re-flashing the memory will not fix whatever was initially wrong that resulted in the warranty replacement! So, make sure the remote is working well or contact us to see if it is cost-effective to repair and re-enable the remote. Important - this service is only available for the original Harmony One and cannot be used for any other model including the Ultimate One, Harmony 900,etc. Please look carefully at the 2nd picture showing the Harmony One and verify that it looks like the model you have.
