If your Harmony One has a damaged LCD, then you can send your remote to us and we will remove the damaged LCD and install an OEM module. The LCD module that we have is only compatible with the 2nd Generation version of the hardware board. Before ordering this repair please confirm that your Harmony One is compatible or contact us for guidance! It is possible that we may have some 1st Gen LCD modules in our stock, so please check with us if you have a 1st Gen Harmony One. We may be able to accommodate a repair!
