This is a brand-new Harmony 880 battery cover. If your battery cover has been broken by a swollen, expanding battery, then this is what you need. A new battery cover may also help if you are experiencing 'finicky' charging with your cradle. When there is excessive wear on the battery cover 'feet', then this can alter the angle that the remote sits in when placed in the charging cradle.
