If one or more of your buttons on the hard button pad have become difficult to use, or have stopped working altogether, then you can send us your Harmony 1100 and we will replace the Button Pad PCB. Generally, the reason for the entire pad to fail is a micro-tear in the ribbon cable that connects the pad to the main board. If only some of the buttons are not operating, it may be a partial tear or one or more of the tactile button domes have become defective.
