We have refurbished 1st generation Harmony One controllers that are in good cosmetic condition with only minor wear. There may be some light scuffs on the surface of the touch screen and on the hard-shell portion of the back cover, but no deep or significant scratches. The 'soft touch' back cover will either be OEM in good condition with no peeling, or it may have been refurbished to remove the problematic coating. If you have a preference, you can let us know at checkout time using the 'note to seller'. Our 1st generation models are inexpensive because if the LCD becomes damaged, your repair options are limited as the LCD cannot easily be sourced and replaced. Note that there is no difference i n function or operation between 1st or 2nd generation Harmony Ones. Differences are only important in terms of availability of parts.
Functionally, they work perfectly. The IR emitters are strong, all buttons will work with normal pressure and the tilt-sensor will function. There is a 90-day warranty on all unit sales. Please note that only the remote is included . You will need a battery and charging cradle in order to use the remote. If you do not have these accessories, send us a note and we may be able to provide them for an up-charge.
