If you have a cracked LCD in your Harmony 950 or Elite, we can replace the LCD for you. This repair service can also address a 'white screen' LCD, though let us know beforehand if this is the issue with your remote. Sometimes, the LCD is not the problem and there is a more serious issue with the video processing chip on the main board. Note that replacing the LCD will not address issues like an unresponsive or damaged touch screen, which is actually part of the front cover. If your touch screen has become unresponsive, see our guidance on this. The LCD that we use is the original OEM, not an aftermarket replacement.
