Update 11/01/2021: Our stuff finally arrived on the 30th - a little late, but everything is here ! We are setting up the shop, testing the equipment and checking over the inventory. A few more days now.....
Update 10/14/2021: Just a quick update - we are still pretty much on target for the end of October. By then, we should be in our new place with most of our stuff delivered. We may actually be able to start repair work before the end of the month, but barring any unforeseen issues, I expect we should be up and running within the 1st week of November at the very latest. Thanks to all the folks who have been checking in with us and for all the good wishes! We thank you for your patience and hope to be ready soon!

We are moving!
After almost 30 years in the same home here in Merrick, NY, we've decided to try someplace new! We were always curious about living out of the NY metropolitan area, but the situation with Covid really accelerated this for us. Better to take a leap of faith sooner than later - that sort of thinking. So, we are off to North Carolina, just north of Charlotte. The move is a bit complicated since the timing of selling our house here did not coincide with the purchase of our NC home. So, everything goes into storage and we live out of suitcases for awhile. During this transition period, we will be suspending all parts and repair orders. Once we get settled, we will re-open the shop. Right now, our estimated move-in date is sometime in early October, but this is a moving target, since there are all kinds of challenges in the builder's supply chain. Even we here at HRR have had trouble getting some parts and supplies due to Covid-related supply chain disruptions. So, that's the story! We will periodically post updates as we know more and, eventually, we will be back to helping you keep your Harmony controllers out of the landfills. We will continue to answer emails and provide support, though there may be some days where responses are delayed. Thanks again for your continuing support and good wishes and we hope to be of service soon!
