If your Harmony 1100 touch screen has become unresponsive or the underlying LCD is cracked, send us your 1100 and we will replace the module ( which includes the touchscreen and LCD). Typically, this repair is effective when there is obvious damage to the touch screen or LCD, or the touch screen is not working as expected and cannot be calibrated. Although 'white screen' incidents, freezing during boot-up, and the screen failing to light up can sometimes be caused by a defective LCD, most of the time, replacement of the LCD will not be effective in these cases, as these issues are usually caused by a more serious problem with the board. Our recommendation is to order this repair if you have a cracked LCD or touch screen and there is still some sign of image rendering, or there is no physical damage, but the touch screen is not responding to touch and cannot be calibrated. Regardless of version, it will be an original OEM module.
